Whether you’re returning an Animal & Insect costume that didn’t fit quite right, exchanging a Costume For Kids outfit for a different size, or swapping a TV & Movie Character ensemble for another favorite, we’re here to make it right!

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

Important Details:
  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Costume Wigs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sexy Costumes (intimate apparel category)
  • Opened or used makeup accessories
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or special order costumes

Step 1: Request Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the information needed to help you quickly!

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and address
  • Any additional instructions if needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely including:

  • All original items in their packaging
  • Original tags attached
  • Include the return authorization number inside the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • International Refunds: May take additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
Note: The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for purchase. If you used PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on your card statement.
